Duralloy™ are a range of solid and pearlescent colours, and include the Colorbond® standard colour range, delivered with warranty grade advanced durable polyester thermosetting powder.

Duralloy™ is suitable for the following applications:

• Warranty grade applications over pre-treated architectural aluminium including perforated and expanded aluminium.
• Non-warranted applications over:
• Steel (mild), bright/semi bright steel, black steel and blue steel.
• Galvanised steel, stainless steel and Zincalume®.
• In the following suitable environments:
• Mild and severe exterior conditions
• General and moderate interior conditions
• Environments greater than 10m from the high tide mark
• On the following interior and exterior projects:

Duralloy is only suitable for coastal environments >100m from the high tide line and are NOT suitable in strongly acidic or caustic environments so the the pH must be between 5 and 9.
